Vintage Inspired Junky Art Journal with Shannon Green
In this workshop you will make a junky art journal using lots of fun vintage themed papers and embellishments. Everything you need will be provided for you including coffee dyed papers, real and printed ephemera, tea dyed cheesecloth, fabric and lace scraps, buttons, die cuts, stickers, vintage book pages and Life Magazines, sheet music, paper napkins and printed tissue papers, mulberry papers, vintage photo slides, and several Collage Soup books for harvesting yummy images! You’ll learn a simple bookbinding stitch as well as my favorite waxing technique that gives papers a transparent vellum looks.
